His concept of EntreLeadership is an interesting take on combining both the high energy characteristics of an entrepreneur with the influential characteristics of a leader. Entrepreneurs are generally too wild and out of control. Leaders sometimes lack passion and courage. The combination of the two creates a lot of power that can create success in business.
